Who the app is for

The Roof Guys App is the working software of The Roof Guys, a roofing company: its office, sales representatives, canvassers, crews and mechanics use it to run their jobs. An account comes from the company; the app has no public sign-up.

Signing in

Sign in with the email your office gave you, then your password, or with Google when the office has linked your Google account. Forgot your password: ask your office to send you a new sign-in link.

Getting help

Write to caleb@goroofguys.com with what you were doing, the screen you were on, and your phone or browser. Someone from the company answers within one business day.

Deleting your account

In the app, open My profile and press Delete my account, then confirm. The account is switched off at once, its email and password are removed, and every device signed in to it is signed out. The jobs and pay records it worked on stay with the company.

The owner's account is the company's own; asking to delete it sends the request to caleb@goroofguys.com, answered within 30 days.
